With this purpose, the Brazilian Vegetarian Society (SVB), in partnership with ABRASEL SP and ESBRE, developed this guide to support entrepreneurs who are already working in — or wish to enter — the vegan food service sector. The manual offers practical guidance on management, finance, marketing, gastronomy, and purpose, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses.
